Kids' Birthdays Rental Information
Open to community members and non-community members
- Booking dates are not secured until a contract is signed and the documentation and payment are received.
- This is ONLY for celebrating birthdays for kids ages up to the age of 18 (including the 18th birthday). Bookings are 4-hours, including set up and clean up. If you need a longer booking or wish to use the 2400 sq ft main auditorium, please see the Rental Info tab for further information.
- All renters must purchase rental insurance. We have partnered with Duuo Insurance to offer preferred rates for events at our facility, but renters are free to use any insurance company they want. Please click here for more information about event insurance costs through Duuo.
- If you are serving alcohol, you will need a liquor permit from AGLC. This will typically cost about $10 - $25.
- You are required to clean the space before the end time of your rental. Instructions will be provided by email and posted in the kitchenette.
- A damage deposit of $200 is required. If the space is clean and undamaged, it will be returned within 7 business days.

- Tables and chairs for 44 people

Costs
Members of Elmwood Community League & Residents: $50.00
Members of Other Community Leagues/Associate Members: $75.00
Non-League Members: $100.00
Refundable Damage Deposit: $200
Event Insurance Documents and Liquor Licenses are not factored into the rental cost and are purchased by the renter separately.
ECL memberships can be purchased here. Proof of Current Year's Membership is required for the discounted rate.
Availability
Fridays: 6:00pm-10:00pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00am-1:00pm; 1:30pm-5:30pm; 6:00pm-10:00pm
Times and availability is subject to other rental requests. Check the Booking Calendar for further information.
Bookings outside of these time frames will not qualify for the discounted rate.
BE ADVISED THAT THE RENTAL DIRECTOR WILL RESPOND TO YOUR REQUEST WITHIN 5 DAYS (or less if you are booking just prior to 48 hours). DO NOT CONTACT US INQUIRING WHEN YOU WILL HEAR BACK.
