Elmwood Community League Casino 2026

Why Volunteer?

The money we get from running two shifts of casino is enough to pay for general upkeep and building utilities for the year, so it is vital to our community!

Volunteers at our casino night get perks such as:

- a free meal at one of the casino restaurants

- all-night snack access

- transportation to and from your shift

- ECL Program Passes (get a discount on a hall program)

The Elmwood Community League is located on Treaty 6 territory, the traditional hunting grounds, gathering place, and traveling route for the Nehiyaw (Cree), Blackfoot, Dene, Saulteaux, Nakota Sioux and Métis people. We acknowledge the many First Nations, Inuit, and Métis who have walked and stewarded this land for centuries.  It is our responsibility to maintain and learn about the spaces we occupy and respect the land, its people, its history, and contribute kindly to its future.
