As of January 1, 2023, the Elmwood Hall is only available for rent to RESIDENTS of Elmwood with our community league membership. This way we can direct our volunteer energy into our community.

To be sure that the hall is a good match for you consider the following:
The Elmwood Hall is available for all types functions including wedding receptions, dances, meetings, courses and other social events. We have a total capacity of 189 people.
The main area of the hall (excluding stage) is 40' by 60' for a total of 2600 sqft. One set of 40' dividers are available for rent to shrink room size if necessary.
The hall has the following equipment available:
22 - 5' Round Tables
15 - 8' Rectangle Tables
15 - 6' Rectangle Tables
189 Chairs
We have a newly renovated full service kitchen (images below) complete with 6-burner/griddle gas range and oven, commercial fridge, dishwasher, ice machine and bar.
Caterers are required to have their own food permit to use the kitchen for functions. Renters must ensure the caterer they use has a food permit.
The Elmwood Community League rents our weekends as full days, not by the hour. If you're interested in an hourly rate for during the week, please contact us for pricing based on availability.
We require a $400 deposit (used as damage deposit) to secure all event rental dates.

$200 rental + $150 cleaning free
Available Friday (after seniors programming) , Saturday or Sunday
We DO NOT rent our hall for events that offer tickets/alcohol to the general public and advertise the event on social media. Hall rental use is for family events, community events, and club meetings.
All renters serving alcohol at their event will insure compliance with the conditions of their AGLC liquor license. This license will be posted in the area where alcohol will be dispensed.
Third-party liability insurance is required against claims for death, personal injury, and property damage on the premises, in an amount not less than $2,000,000.
All third-party contractors and/or service providers (caterers, inflatables, etc.) also provide proof of coverage to the same requirement.
