Spend the week of winter break with Puddle of Mud Productions doing all sorts of winter themed activities: crafts, games, creating and using our imaginations! Please pack a peanut free lunch and snacks for the day as well as a 'paint shirt' for us to get messy! When the weather allows we will be doing activities outdoors so please dress appropriately!

Next session: Feb 2025
Students will learn about basic anatomy, the medical instruments doctors use and some basic suturing skills. Through interactive and engaging activities, students will learn the key responsibilities of a medical doctor, and explore the heart, lungs and digestion systems. Students also will practice listening to their hearts using a real stethoscope, learn about new medical words and practice their surgery skills like a real surgeon.

Starting Feb 2025
Ages 4-6 and 7-10
Students will get to learn about the exciting field of veterinary medicine and become a veterinarian physician and surgeon. This 6-week program will discuss about canine/dog health. Our Little Veterinarians will get to perform dog assessments making a nose to tail exam, keeping dog healthy with proper dog nutrition, learn about ticks, caring for lacerations and also learn some basic surgical skills, immunization and more!

The Elmwood Community League acts on behalf of our members to offer programs and services that reflect our community's needs, interests, and diversity.
We strive to bring neighbours together by providing recreational and social programs, while developing and maintaining amenities such as the Elmwood Community Hall, skating rinks, skate shack, playground and spray park.
