The Elmwood Community League is located on the unceded Treaty 6 territory and the Métis Nation Homeland. We are a part of ward sipiwiyiniwak (SEE-PEE-WIN-EE-WOK), named for the River Cree People, one of the continuous stewards of this land. It is our responsibility to maintain and learn about the spaces we occupy and respect the land, its people, its history, and contribute kindly to its future.
